Course Information
Our combined Gel Polish and Builder Gel course is perfect for beginners with no prior experience. You will learn all aspects of health and safety, nail anatomy, and work on a live model under our supervision.
You will learn about the benefits of each service, how to detect reasons a treatment may not be suitable, discuss all trouble shooting issues and what to do in this instance. You will learn about equipment and product knowledge. You will leave confident in your abilities to provide a comfortable and safe treatment. Learn how to create and perfect the most popular nail art trend of the generation, the french tip.
Lesson Plan
This is a 1 day intensive course covering both Gel Polish and BIAB (Builder in a bottle) application. Your day will start at 10am and finish at around 4, the first half of the day we will focus on nail anatomy, health and safely, contra indications, and the how to safely apply gel polish. This part of the day you will work on yourself so bare nails are required from all students. We will also be learning how to create the perfect french tip!
After a half an hour lunch break you will return and we will begin learning BIAB application, filing and shaping, nail structure, BIAB Infills and removals. This half of the day you will be working on a live model of your choice as long as they have relatively long healthy nails.
What is Builder gel?
BIAB is The Gel Bottles own brand of builder gel, stands for "Builder in a Bottle," is a nail enhancement product designed to strengthen and improve the appearance of natural nails. It is a thicker gel formula applied thicker than regular gel polish, you create an apex on the nail which provides a durable coating that helps prevent breakage and splitting, enhancing the natural nails without the need for extensions. With proper care, BIAB typically lasts 3-4 weeks and can be infilled multiple times which helps the client achieve that long extension like appearance they desire.

Yes! Both courses are accredited and approved the BIA (beauty Industry Approval). Courses are also fully insured!

Yes! You will walk away at the end of the day will your certificate with seal of approval from the BIA in your hand. Once you have set up insurance you are free to start working on clients or even friends and family to get you feeling confident, the more practise the better.

Yes we will take an upfront deposit of 50% to secure your space on the course and cover your kit. This is non refundable but can be transferred to another course date within 3 months.
